| The
Hindu religion over its long years of existence has been interwoven with innumerable
stories, episodes, myths customs and habits which always had inner
meanings. The
values understanding these have been long forgotten. Many of the customs are blindly
followed without knowing the inner meaning. An attempt is made here to probe into the
secrets underlying some of the practices with the hope that many others likes would
discover and disseminate the correct knowledge to the public. Excerpts
WORSHIPPING SHIVA LINGAM:
At the first international conference on
orgasm held at New Delhi from February third To sixth 1991 Dr. Prakash Kothari the
president of the conference, very clearly declared "Orgasm takes place between the
ears, ejaculation between the legs". He is perfectly correct. At the time of
intercourse the released Kundalini force along with the mind establishes a momentary
contact with the greater self through the entrace to Brahmarandra between the ears
resulting in a flash of perfect bliss. Since the flow of Energy by constant practice of
yoga methods is not directed through the Sushumna upwards beyond to Agna chakra or
Sahasrara the mind by its normal extrovert attitude established during incarnation after
incarnation drives the released Kundalini force out through the sex organ.
Among all the activities of the wandering
mind for sensual pleasures the desire of the mind to enjoy sex is the strongest. Mr.
J.Krishnamurthi,
the great philosopher during discourse advocated the
practice of Buddhist theory of keeping watch of the activities of ones mind from
moment to moment to control it and decipline it. He said once to his audience that the
practice of Gurus instructing the deciples not to look at females or indulge in sex
thoughts was wrong absolutely wrong. He said it was the moment when the mind was most
active and the easiest moment to catch it, be aware of its absolutely wrong. He said it was
the moment when the mind was most active and the easiest moment to catch it, keep on
indulging in that thought but be intensely aware of the activity.
When the mind knowingly indulges in the
thought in the energy begins to flow from the sex nerves into Sushumna.
God exists everywhere as Intelligence and Bliss.
He exists in man in the crown of his head as Paramathma and on the right side of
his chest as Jeevathama, encompassed in four bodies Physical, Astral, Casual and
Supercasual.
Yoga practice is the attempt of the jeevathma to discard the four bodies to reach
Paramathma to regain the original perpetual state of sublime happiness or bliss. |
