| Methods to
prevent 1.Warm a little ghee and apply thick a day on boils. 2.Take 2 spoons of ghee and mix it with one teaspoon of holy ash (Vibhuthi) and warm until it turns black. Apply on the boils, repeat the treatment as frequently as possible when the boil ruptures, cover the spot with paste made of neem leaves. 3. Warm a small pieces of betel leaf , gently coat it with a layer of warm caster oil and apply on the boil. Repeat the treatment every few hours if necessary. When the summer boils are larger on the
face: 1. In 150 ml of water add 1 tablespoon of refined flour, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and 1 spoon of onion juice, 4 tablespoon of coconut oil and heat on a low fire. Spread this paste on a betel leaf when luke warm. Cover the area gently. Use a bandage cloth if required. Repeat every few hours. 2. A small bit of washing soap dissolved in 1 tablespoon of lime juice also forms a good butter to apply on the big boils. 3. Do not throw away the banana peels. scrap the pulp, smash well and apply on the boil. Bandage it. Repeat it two or three times. For Little Children: Apply a small paste of Namakatti frequently for effective cure. Application of sandalwood paste made with none water (panner) keeps the body cool. Boils which are about to come can be easily suppressed by applying enema bark paste or mango bark paste. Due to infection itching
troubles both children and adult: Juice of the kuppaimeni leaves shoved be applied on the infected area or the kuppaimeni leaves should be dried and powdered. To a small amount of (1/2 teaspoon) this powder, add a pinch of where the skin is very thick, a few drops of calo tropics milk could be applied. Care should be taken as the milk is very corrosive. |
